Seagull on the Beach in Pismo Beach

Seagull offers more than the standard Pismo Beach vacation rental in that it sits right on
Pismo State Beach in Oceano, just a few miles south of the Pismo Pier. It is on, not near,
the sandy beach and has a lovely view of the beach and cypress trees from the
inside. It has an ocean view from its front patio with gas barbecue. Its upper deck, with
its Captain's Bar, has a fabulous view of white water surf and blue ocean.

Seagull sits behind Sanddollar on the same
beachfront lot, but is totally separate and private. The spa is on a
separate deck and is shared
with Sanddollar. You are never
more than one hour from the spa, and always have at least one hour
every other hour to enjoy it in private. The washer and dryer are
also
shared, with full use except for between 10 am and 1 pm except for
Sunday (check out day) when it is first come first served, since both
houses must vacate by 11 am.


Seagull is on a section of Pismo State Beach, Just a few miles south of
Pismo Beach that vehicles (no
atv's) drive on to get to the State Vehicular Recreation Area a mile
down the beach. There is plenty of beautiful, sandy beach directly
adjacent to Seagull where vehicles cannot go and you can play
vollyball, build a fire, and children can play safely.


Seagull has two bedrooms with queen beds, plus hideabed in living room.


It has two bathrooms. *One bathroom has toilet, sink and shower/minitub; second
bathroom has only toilet and sink.


Seagull has a fabulous view from its upper deck with a bar, umbrella table with chairs, and
a large couch for your relaxation while taking in the ocean and white water surf. You will
love sitting on the Captain's comfy couch, with your family at the table under the umbrella,
or on stools around the bar.


Seagull has a lower deck that has a covered (otherwise open) patio/deck near the shared
washer
and dryer. It has a table and chairs and a couch. The couch makes a comfortable single
or double bed for an adventurous person with a sleeping bag, or use the area for just
another place to be .This area is next to the washer dryer which are used by Sanddollar 10
am to 1 pm.

In addition, Seagull has a patio with a great beach and ocean view with an umbrella table/
comfy chairs, and
gas bbq.

Seagull is on a beachfront lot, so you don't have to drive to surf,
swim, feed the seagulls, and build a fire on the beach. There are
breathtaking dunes just a block away, and a duck pond where you can
enjoy rafting (bring your own rubber raft). There are several
restaurants and a popular cantina a few blocks away. Seagull is on
Pismo State Beach, in Oceano Beach, about a three mile walk on the
beach to the Pismo Pier.

San Luis Obispo is a fifteen minute drive, with its famous farmer's
market on Thursday nights, and college town lively night life.

Nearby Avila offers a port with fishing excursions, and whale
watching
tours.

Hearst Castle and Solvang's Danish Village are 45 minutes away.

Lopez lake is a thirty minute drive, where you can enjoy water
skiing,
water slides, and fishing.

Non Holiday-Off Season Discount Rate:

$1150 per week, $225 per night (two night min) for up to 4 people. Add $20 per night per
person over 4, maximum of 6.

Summer usually rented by week.


Peak Standard Rate: June, July, August, Spring Break, Holiday Season, Holidays

$1,950 per week, $300 night. Add 9% bed tax. Rented by week in
Summer, Thanksgiving, Holiday Season, and Spring Break unless
otherwise ok'd. Three day holiday weekends have a three day minimum.



Minimum cleaning fee is $75 plus tax. and $150 deposit. The deposit is refunded when
you leave the beach house with only minimum cleaning required and in tact.

Rates subject to change. Retreats and ITEX subject to Standard rate..

Cancellation policy. If re-rented, all refunded except $500 re-rent
fee. If not re-rented, you may call for last minute openings up to six
months.
