The houses are clean and well maintained. They have fully equipped kitchens including stoves, full refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, coffeemakers, and toasters. The four bedroom also has a washer/dryer. Both homes feature cable TV with VCR's, indoor fireplaces (the three bedroom is a free standing), and outdoor decks with gas/electric grills. There are also canoes for your enjoyment and personal use. 4 bedroom private fully equipped waterfront rancher on main lake (first 4 pictures). Sleeps 8. Dock and canoe. 1 queen, 3 double beds. This home is within walking distance to the club house. 3 bedroom waterfront bungalow located on main lake at base of Trout Creek (last 4 pictures). Sleeps 6. Cable TVs (1 with built-in VCR; 1 w/built-in DVD and VCR), free standing wood stove, two large glass "walls" overlooking wooded areas, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen as stated above. There is 1 queen, 1 full, and one set of bunk beds. This lovely, unique home is only one of two in the entire community that offers both streamfront on Trout Creek and lakefront!! The soothing sound of the rushing stream in spring will lull you to an incredible night's sleep. The kids will love romping in the stream and building dams and waterfalls, using their imaginations to the fullest!! There is also a canoe for your enjoyment and personal use during your stay!! You provide linens and other personal use items. You will have full use of the canoes during your stay. Available mid-weeks, weekends, weeks, month, or season. Vacation Rental Amenities
Lakes, fishing (and ice-fishing), 3 heated pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, skiing, ice skating, basketball, fishing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling are an example of the amenities. There are also major ski areas, shopping areas, outlet stores, and horseback riding nearby. Arrowhead Lakes is one of the premiere family communities in the Pocono Mountains.
Activities and Attractions
Within the community, there are many activities for children, adults and families sponsored by the recreation department. There are tennis courts and a clubhouse where there are social functions such as Bingo, ice cream socials, and themed diners. There is also an ice skating rink behind the clubhouse during the winter. All community activities require a guest badge which is available at the office for a nominal fee (also described under rates). Outside Arrowhead Lakes, you are located 15 minutes from Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski areas and 25 minutes from Camelback Ski area in the winter and Camelbeach Water park in the summer. The poconos main shopping area, The Crossings Outlet Center, is just minutes away. There are 5 quality golf courses within 5-10 miles. State hunting lands are close by as are horseback riding stables. Local attractions include Pocono International Raceway (NASCAR racing) and a quarter-midget racing track for the kids (15 and under), Bushkill Falls, whitewater rafting, and canoeing (other than from the private docks). Relax and enjoy the quiet and beauty of the woods, scenery and wildlife on the decks at either of these Pocono getaways on the water of Arrowhead Lakes. Sip your coffee, daydream, and breathe the clean, clear mountain air as your family explores the woods or fishes or canoes from the docks of these exceptional homes. Fishing, boating, and sailing on the lake in summer. Ice fishing, ice sailing, and ice skating on the lake in winter. An ice skating area has recently been added behind the clubhouse to enjoy in the winter months.

Additional nights can be added when the homes are not
rented for $100.00 per night There is a $25.00 charge per weekend
and $50.00 charge per week each for extra persons. Weeks run from
Saturday to Saturday, mid-weeks from Monday to Thursday, weekends
from Friday afternoon to Sunday night.
Utilities are not included in monthly and seasonal rates. $500.00
security deposit required for seasonal/monthly/holiday rentals.
$200.00 security deposit required for other rentals. An immediate
non-refundable deposit required to guarantee your reservation dates
(same as rates previously mentioned). A minimum $45.00 house
check fee will be deducted from the security deposit; additional
monies for cleaning as needed. DUE TO OWNER ALLERGIES, PLEASE NO PETS OR
SMOKING ALLOWED.
FULL PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED ONE MONTH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.
Arrowhead Rates**
Rates for renter badges will be as follows:
Daily Badges - $7.50 per person per day
Weekly Badges - $25.00 per person
One Month - $60.00 per person
Two Months - $75.00 per person
Three Months - $90.00 per person
Gate Cards Rates
? Gate Card Fee is $25.00 - From Memorial Day through Labor Day
it is mandatory that
all renters 6 and over purchase renter badges for the length of their
stay.
Tenants (defined in our rules and regulations as: person or
persons who rent or lease a property in Arrowhead Lake from a member
or his agent for monetary remuneration for a period of 30 days or
more). At the December 7th 2002 Board Meeting the Board imposed
$20.00 non-refundable annual fee for gate cards issued to tenants.
The fee is due upon registration and valid for a calendar year.
Tenants whom rent/lease for periods longer than one year must renew
the gate card annually in January.
**We inform you of all amenities expenses within the community to
the best of our knowledge. We do not believe in renting our homes
to vacationers without complete honesty, only to have them find out
when they get to their vacation destination of any "hidden charges",
which would most certainly ruin a wonderful vacation!!!
