five-minute drive to the new Pompano Citi Centre mall, movie theaters, 36 hole golf
course, and air park. Take the beach road 15 minutes south to the heart of Ft. Lauderdale,
or 15 minutes North to Boca Raton.

Cultural: walk or drive to local establishments with live music, drive to world-class Broward Performing Arts Center, Discovery Museum, Art Museum, IMAX theater, nightclubs, dancing, comedy clubs, and all sorts of local and regional festivals.

Sports: Visit the spectacular new Isle of Capri Casino, right next door to Pompano Harness Track. All professional sporting events are represented at nearby arenas, plus Jai Alai, car racing, tennis, golf, local gyms.

Rate range is from minimum rates in the summer to maximum rates in winter/February.  Please inquire about nightly rates (three night minimum) year round. Rates for holidays and special events may be higher. For longer stays, every fourth consecutive week is free or discounted.

A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus an exit cleaning fee ($75 or $100), 11% state and local taxes and $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. *Rates subject to change until confirmed.

Cancellations are refundable only if we are able to re-rent the property during the leased period. A $300 cancellation fee will be subtracted from the amount of money we are able to recover for re-renting all or part of the contracted rental period.  We recommend travel insurance to avoid penalties for cancellation.
