The home is perfect for small families or great get-a-ways for couples. This home has wonderful views of the Main Channel and at night you can faintly hear live band music from the restaurant across the channel. Grab your favorite chair, sit back, relax and watch all the action under the canopy of native trees (one deck built around one great big oak tree). You’ll certainly be taken in by everything this home has to offer.

This home comes packed with everything a economy minded lake
vacationer would need and all your living space is on one level! The
living room boasts extra comfortable furnishings with a leather sofa
and two reclining chairs nestled around a charming rock fireplace.  The
kitchen comes with dining for two and additional seating for four is
available in the Sitting Room. Directly behind the kitchen is the
lakefront master bedroom (queen size bed)with private shower bath.  Off
the entry are one queen size bedroom and another bedroom with two full size beds. The second bedroom also has a view of the lake and outside access to the upper deck. Off the Sitting Room is the darling guest shower bath. The laundry room is in the converted mudroom which resides next to the kitchen.
Guests have access to plenty of open parking and will truly enjoy the
shaded yard and large oak trees. This wonderful property offers
spectacular views of the lake from the upper deck and lakefront
martini deck. Swimmers will enjoy having access to great waters off
the efficiency dock and fishing is ideal along the shoreline. Covered
boat slips are available to rent from neighboring Millstone Marina
for $15.00 per day.

This 1,400 square foot vacation rental boasts several conveniences of
home, featuring central heating and air conditioning, Cable TV with
DVD, all bedding, bath and dish towels, and iron with ironing
board. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a range, microwave,
and refrigerator. Other features include weekly trash pick-up, plenty
of open parking, and laundry room access.

Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware,
flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Roll-away beds are
recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We
are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter
packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products
(toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for
starter
packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries,
coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

This wonderful property is just 25-35 minutes away from all the action
on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage
Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in
any number of lakes attractions including state parks, theme parks,
cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows,
museums, and of course lots of shopping. We can help with any of the
