Beachside One-1st fl- 2b/2b-Steps to Pool and Beach in Destin

Sandestin Beach Resort is located six miles east of the heart of
Destin. There is nothing like it on the Panhandle. It boasts 2500
beautifully landscaped acres, four championship golf courses, 15
tennis courts, a full service spa, biking trails throughout, many
shops and restaurants, the Hilton Hotel, and much more. Security at
all the entrances. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and
rollerblade.

This unit is 1200 square feet on the first floor in Beachside I
towers, directly on the beach. There is a large balcony that
overlooks the sand dunes, with a private back yard. The pool and
the boardwalk to the beach are just steps away. The pool is heated
and very nice. You also have access to the Hilton's pools,
Jacuzzis, spa, restaurants, etc.

Across the street overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay, there is a new
community in Sandestin called Baytowne Wharf. There are numerous
shops and restaurants, a fun place to go without leaving the resort.
You can drive or take the boat ferry, which is free of charge.

Over half of my business is repeat or referral. I keep my rates low

want to come back! No matter how long you stay... it is never enough!

The unit has two full baths, a king in the master, a queen in the
guest, and a queen sleeper. It has three TV's and two DVD's. A very
large two bedroom, tiled throughout except for the bedrooms. I have
just repainted the entire unit.  My unit offers:
A fully-equipped kitchen: microwave, coffee maker, blender,
all cooking utensils, ice maker. Iron, washer and dryer, and towels
and linens are provided. Free local phone calls andlong distance in the continental US. This unit also has WIFI. The unit is decorated very nicely, with
everything always updated.
