Vacation Rental Description

Stunning bayfront home situated in paradise on beautiful Manasota 
Key.
On entry to the house you come into lovely living room with 
comfortable sofas and fireplace and most important floor length 
sliding doors which overlook the pool and then the bay...Dining room 
is to the front of the house and overlooks the pretty and well kept 
front gardens. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with stove, 
microwave,dishwasher, large side-by-side refridgerator with icemaker.
To the side of the kitchen there is a casual breakfast table and 
chairs which looks again into the pool area through floor length 
slider. The family room overlooks the rear gardens and has 
comfortable sofas and very pretty pictures and lovely garden view. 
The master bedroom with queen size bed and fireplace is to the left 
of the house. Huge master bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and 
double vanity. Glass sliding doors from bedroom onto the pool deck.
The other 2 bedrooms are on the right side of the house and each 
have 
two twin beds. There is a 2nd full bathroom for these bedrooms.
The whole house is very tastefully decorated and has some lovely 
artwork. Home has many ceiling fans, double garage and is fully 
airconditioned.
The pool is a large rectangular and can be electrically heated in 
winter. There is a covered patio area for outdoor dining with table 
and chairs and relaxing sunloungers to lie by the pool. 
The rear of the home overlooks a lovely lagoon with boat dock then 
the intracoastal waterway.

Walk for miles on beautiful unspoilt Manasota Key where you can see 
great wildlife and collect all types of shells.

Close to Venice and Sarasota for a wider selection of shopping and 
more of Florida's beautiful beaches and places to visit.

Low Season
$1700 per week
1 May - 30 June, 1 September - 16 December
Long stay rates on request.    Plus 10% sales and tourist tax.
