front of the house and overlooks the exotic tropical gardens which
are maintained to the highest
standards. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with stove,
microwave, dishwasher and a large
side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker.
To the side of the kitchen is the comfortable breakfast area with a
view of the pool area. The large
and beautifully decorated family room overlooks the tropical rear
gardens and has a comfortable
seagrass sofa and chairs.
The master bedroom with queen size bed and fireplace is to the left
of the house. Huge master
bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and double vanity. Glass
sliding doors from bedroom onto the
pool deck.
The other 2 bedrooms are on the right side of the house and each have
two twin beds. There is a 2nd
full bathroom for these bedrooms.
The whole house is very tastefully decorated and has lovely artwork.
The home has many ceiling
fans, double garage, is fully airconditioned and is equipped with
WiFi, TV's and DVD.
Extra parking area's are on this very substantial property, both in
front and at the rear of the
house.
The pool is a large rectangular and can be electrically heated in
winter. There is a covered patio
area for outdoor dining with a large rectangular hardwood table and
chairs and relaxing sunloungers
to lie by the pool.
The rear of the home overlooks a lovely lagoon with boat dock with
access to the intracoastal
waterway.

A barely two minute walk to the private access and the very secluded
and peaceful beach.
The boat dock is located at the rear of the house.
Minutes to local shops and restaurants at Englewood Beach.
Walk for miles on beautiful unspoilt Manasota Key where you can see
great wildlife and collect all
types of shells. The sunsets are exquisite and dolphins can be
spotted very often!

The gardens and pool are maintained weekly.

Low Season (2 May 2009 - 4 July 2009, 29 August 2009 - 19 December
