Golf Course, Beach and Affordable Luxury in Playa del Carmen

Built in 2006, our Villa is located in the picturesque gated golf community of Playacar in Playa Del Carmen. The villa is nested on the golf side of a community called "Real Del Carmen"  in Playacar 2 which is about 1.5km from the ocean. The villa has great view of the mangrove, manicured back yard with huge palm trees and the 15th hole putting greens.

Our spacious villa has 1950 sq. ft of living space with the following layout; The upper floor has a master and guest bedroom and an open air loft bedroom, 2 balconies and 4 full bathrooms. The main floor is a full size kitchen, dining room, family room with 50 inch TV/Satellite, a bar, service quarters with washer/dryer and 1 full bathroom and a powder room. In addition it has a back deck with
table, chairs, Adirondack chairs and beach chairs.

 
The private common areas are about 50 feet way and where you will find the clubhouse equipped with bathrooms, changing rooms and bar area for entertainment, 3 larger pools, a kiddy pool and beach chairs.

The Villa is completely fitted with hurricane shutters, remote control fans,  Berville espresso machine, coffee machines, air conditions, toasters for 6 and everything else you can image.

The driveway can accommodate 2 cars.

Includes every amenity a home away from home requires; Gas stove, Frigidaire, microwave, water dispensers, w/dryer, iron & ironing board, 50 inch color TV with satellite, TV in both bedrooms, wet bar, espresso machine, 3 CD/DVD/MPS sound systems, over 300 DVD, fully equipped kitchen to serve 12, A/C, sleeps 11 on mattresses, 1 king, 2 queen, 2 dbl sofa beds, 1 futon, 2 bikes, soap/shampoo & body wash dispensers in all bathrooms, hair dryers cell phone (pay go), high speed internet and telephone, 2 safes anchored into concrete wall, 6 resort quality beach chairs and beach towels. The villa is fumigated inside and out every 2 months.

Mexican ambiance is captured throughout the villa which is painted in the oranges, yellows and blues. All the furniture, closets and wood work is in high grade Mexican mahogany wood. The diner room table sits 8 and there are 4 bar stools to hang around the bar or kitchen serving counter. You name it and it is there. This Villa is all about location, luxury, convenience, quality and Mexican ambiance.

LOW SEASON $ 900.00 to $ 1,100.00 per week -April 16 to November 1st.
HIGH SEASON $1,200.00 to $1,400.00 from November 4th to April 15th.
HOLIDAYS $ 1,500 to $1,700 from December 19th to January 5th
Prices are in US /funds and day rates are available upon request.
50% down payment on reservation and the balance is payable 2 weeks
prior to occupancy. In addition, a $500.00 security deposit may be
required.
