the street from a low bank beach access, you will be on the beach

Newly remodeled from top to bottom, it is a perfect
location for your next family reunion, get-to-gather or retreat.
Curl up by the fireplace, watch the whales from the deck, or enjoy
the cable TV.
Just a mile south from the factory stores and 5
miles south of the Casino with a casino bus going right by the home
every hour, you are on the best beach in Lincoln City.

A large stone fireplace is the center of attention in the living
room hand made with many special rocks including thunder eggs,
obsidian, agates, and petrified wood to many a few.
This comfortable room features satellite TV and VCR, DVD. The french doors open onto
a large deck with deck chairs. Gas barbecue is located at the bottom of the steps..
The complete kitchen equipped for 10 people with ice maker, dishwasher, washer/ dryer. A small bedroom has a day bed with the washer and dryer. A full bath with tub/shower on the
main floor. Master suite has a king bed, TV, VCR, DVD, french door to a small patio.
Upstairs is a walk through bedroom with a queen bed and a twin, TV, VCR. DVD. Another bedroom with a queen bed, a trundle bed (twin or queen) with TV, VCR and DVD and a full bath with shower.
Linens, bedding and towels are provided along with
cleaning supplies.

Just one mile south of the Factory stores.
5 miles south of the casino with a casino bus going by the front
door every hour.
15 miles south to Depoe Bay, shopping, charter fishing and whale
watching.
Many antique store await your arrival.

Summer and Holiday Rates: $215.00 per night 7th night free.
Winter rates: $160.00 per night, 7th night free.
Rate Notes: $100 refundable damage deposit when home
left damage free. 10 1/2% room tax not included.
Cleaning Fee: If you want to clean the home there is no charge or
if you would rather not clean, the charge is 70.00.
