just seconds away. So enjoy the deck, the view, or walk the beach
and search for treasures or a glass float and explore the tide
pools. This home accommodates 8 people.

The open air room that is the living, dining and kitchen area has a
wall of windows and is light and bright even on a rainy day.
Enjoy the gas fireplace, comfortable leather lounge chairs and sofas,
along with a TV, VCR and a CD player. High speed internet service.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee
maker and all the pots, pans and dishes you will ever need.
The dining table can seat 6 and there is another table and extra
chairs available.
On the main floor is a bath and 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed
and couch.
Downstairs is a large room that has a queen and twin
bunk-beds, another full bath and a washer/dryer.
Sheets for 3 queen beds and 2 twins be are provided. Also kitchen
towels and cleaning supplies are provided

In the heart of Lincoln City, close to the Factory Stores, and the
Casino bus comes in front of the house about fifteen minutes after
each hour all day long.
Just minutes from the golf courses at Sahislan and Lakeside.
Depoe Bay and charter fishing, shopping and whale watching is just
15 minutes south.

Summer and Holiday Rates:
$200.00 per night with the 7th night free.
Winter rates:
$160.00 per night with 7th night free.
Rate Notes: $100 refundable damage deposit when home
left damage free. 10 1/2% room tax not included.
Cleaning Fee: If you want to clean the home there is no charge or
if you would rather not clean, the charge is 70.00.
