May 1st thru Oct 31st $1,200 per month or $500 per week.

**Deposit: $200.00 for 1 week stay and $500 for 1 month stay.  Deposit due at time of booking and full amount due upon arrival. Deposit Refundable with a minimum 30 Days Cancellation.

***The deposit will be refunded upon departure if condo left in same condition.
