Beautifully appointed non-smoking unit.Full kitchen, large patio, 
large bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has 
two twin beds. There is also a couch in the living area.  There are 
washer/dryer facilities on the property. Great waterviews from both 
sides of unit.  BEACH JUST RENOURSISHED!  200 FEET OF BEAUTIFUL 
BEACH RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR!  Leave your things on the beach and 
keep an eye on them while you go eat lunch or mix a margarita!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beach out the back door, the bay is out the front door.  Beautiful 
sunsets, fishing, swimming, canoeing, boating.  Upscale furniture.
Next to Turtle Beach Park with boat ramps.  10 minutes
to downtown Sarasota.  5 minutes to Siesta Key Village, with great 
restaurants and nightlife (and more ice cream than is good for you). 
Plenty of parking.  Walk to several restaurants.

Pool, shuffleboard, fishing, boating, kayaking.
