Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to the Asheville Swiss Chalets, Asheville's only luxury, pet 
friendly vacation rentals. The Matterhorn Chalet is one of our 6 
chalets in the Swiss Chalets Community where you can enjoy privacy 
and serenity high atop Beaucatcher Mountain. The great part is we are 
literally 3 minutes from downtown Asheville with its vibrant city 
streets, award winning restaurants, variety of music venues and all 
attractions the Asheville area has to offer.

At the Matterhorn Chalet, you will enjoy spacious, tree-top living 
with excellent views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This casually 
elegant chalet is perfect for a relaxing mountain vacation. You and 
your guests will have plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy 
panoramic views from inside or outside your tree-top abode.

Relax next to the gas log fireplace with a steaming cup of hot 
chocolate and a good novel. The living room is very spacious with a 
sectional couch, cozy pillows and large windows that gaze 
out over the mountains. 

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own full bathroom 
and a large picture window with excellent views of the sunrise. The 
second bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of closet space.

The Matterhorn Chalet is pet friendly, so bring your furry family 
member along. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gas Log Fireplace, Cable TV, Wireless High speed internet, DVD, 
Stereo-CD Player, Full Kitchen, including Dishwasher, Microwave, 
Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils, condiments and seasonings. Linens 
provided, Charcoal Grill, Hair Dryer, tool kit, No Smoking

Activities and Attractions

This Chalet is just minutes from the Biltmore Estate, Grove Park 
Inn, The Folk Art Center, an urban walking trail, studio tours, 
music venues, The Asheville Civic Center, fine dining, shopping, 
golf, walking tours, and heritage crafts and music. The nearby 
mountains offer the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking trails, rafting, 
horseback riding, fishing, waterfalls, and all the beauty to be 
enjoyed in the Appalachian Mountains.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season (Jan-Mar).. $150/night.. $750/week.. All Inclusive
In  Season (Apr-Dec).. $185/night.. $1110/week..All Inclusive 

$200 deposit due with reservation.
Nightly rates based on 2 people..$15 each additional person per 
night.  Weekly rates include 2 people. $65 cleaning fee for 2 night 
rentals.
Pet fee (Additonal $15 per pet, per night)     No Smoking.
