Panhandle, this spacious unit and 1st floor condominium "West Corner 
Unit" provides a picturesque beach view from your private wrap-around 
deck. "You-can’t-be-closer" accommodations, provides immediate access 
to the powder soft white sands and warm waters of the Emerald Coast 
from  secure stairs off our deck.   
 
Our condominium is part of a small 24 unit complex named Sugar Dunes 
and is located at the end of a quiet street with secured parking and 
each has a 2-car garage. It is 1,800 square feet of luxury living  
with 
panoramic views through full- length windows in the living and dining 
area. You can enjoy gorgeous sunsets right from the spacious deck  
with 
access from the family room and master bedroom.   
 
It is designer decorated in bright coastal colors and fully furnished 
down to the iron and blender. So take some time out and bring the 
family or friends, to develop some lifelong memories of your best

a few yards away as 30A has a full 25 mile off road bike path. Bike 
and kayak rentals nearby. Shoppers can enjoy visiting the area’s

Factory outlet mall; golfers some world class courses; and kids one  
of 
the many water/theme parks at nearby Panama City or Destin.
