Large and spacious Two (2) bedroom Two (2) bathroom terraced Villa
situated south facing overlooking uninterrupted breathtaking views
of the Mediterrean, Africa, Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains. The
Villa is furnished and equipped.
The Ground Floor level has fully equipped kitchen comprising Microwave,
fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, crockery, glasses,
toaster, juicer, etc. The open plan living area comprises fireplace English TV DVD and CD players, table and chairs, two three seater white leather sofas and glass coffee table. This level leads out via double glazed french doors onto the furnished terrace including four sun loungers table and chairs, built-in- BBQ, gardens and pool area. Upstairs to first level you will find a large Master Bedroom Ensuite comprising double fitted wardrobes and dressing table, Queensize bed together with tables and lamps either side. From this Master Ensuite there are, again, french doors leading to the outside terrace 
which overlooks the ocean in much privacy. It is pure luxury to
just lie in bed and hear the sound of the Med rolling over and
over. The Ensuite bathroom comprises of full size bath, shower,
bidet and washbasin with mirrored lightening above. Just along the corridor is the twin bedroom comprising two twin beds,  four drawer chest and double fitted wardrobes. Adjacent to this room is the Family Bathroom, again, comprising of bath, shower, sink and vanity unit above together with washing machine. Opposite is a small staircase leading up to the roof terrace from which you will see those paramanic views! 
If you choose to wander down to the beach from the gardens just go
through the gated entrance, that is it!! There are gate coded
entrances into the complex.
Playa Lunamar is a very respected area in Calahonda. You will
certainly have time to fully relax and unwind. The Villa is
completely furnished. Fantastic Location with Supurb Accommodation.

The Villa is ideally located. Eventhough I suggest a car is
necessary it is not absolutely essential.
Some 10 minute walk from the Villa you will stroll along the sandy
beach towards the Port of Cabopino. Here you will find fantastic
restaurants and dine alfresco amongst the most beautiful yaghts
moored in the marina. The beach here is just full of family fun.
You may want a relaxing massage or perhaps go for the watersport
activities.
Some 5 minute walk from the Villa you will find Sitio de Calahonda
where there is a small shopping village, namel "El Zoco" where you
will find first class restaurants, banks, supermarket, internet
cafe, etc. to serve all your local every day needs.
There are local markets nearby in Fuengirola and Marbella (15
minutes in both directions) or just 5 minutes by car visit "La Cala"
market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
You will find beauty centres, tennis clubs, golf clubs, horse
riding, etc all at nearby locations. The locals are always catching
various types of fish. There are water parks, animal parks, zoos,
local Spanish villages with donkey rides, etc, etc etc.
Why not pop down to Puerto Banus where you will find disgustingly
huge yaghts and boats and you never know you may bump into Sir
Cliff, Rod or Cilla Black who often wine and dine there.
There is a racecourse nearby also, "Hippodromo" where you can place
your weekly bets, have an enjoyable meal and a night at the races.
So we have Fuengirola, Marbella, Cabopino, Benalmadena, Malaga,
Torremolinos, Banus all at short distances away. There is a local
bus service at the top of the road which will take you to all these
places or the taxis service is excellent.
Just take 8 paces and you are in the pool and a further 8 and you
are on the beach.
Fantastic Location. A lovely terraced villa suitable for families of
all sizes. The Villa has room for two/four extra beds if required.

As Spain is so well known for its all-year-round climate all the
above attractions and activities make it possible.
Whether you wish to just completely relax on one of the many beaches
or go for it and see all the sights and various attractions. It is
up to you but you have certainly chosen the right location. There
are well over 35 fantastic golf courses which are open all year
round.
If you do require an airport pick-up I am here, living in Spain with
my family, and can do that for you. I in fact lived in Playa
Lunamar for well over 18 months until it was time to move back
inland just a little, 30 minutes away. I am frequently on the
