Our beautiful condo is situated on the 3rd floor, affording
unobstructed panoramic ocean views from all rooms. It is centrally
located on the Isle of Palms and just steps away from the beach and
the Island's best restaurants and shops.
Step out on your private balcony overlooking the ocean, pool and
private fishing pier. Watch the seagulls fly overhead and the
pelicans dive for their dinner while the dolphins play in the water
and boats troll in the distance.
Enjoy a clean, comfortable, fully-furnished suite, offering a brand
new queen size bed, a sofa bed in the living room, and 2 bunk beds
tucked in an alcove. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare
a gourmet meal. It is a perfect place to get away from it all.
Complete Renovation in Fall '06 includes new Italian tile flooring,
granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, all new furniture
and bedding, plus more.
Washers and dryers are located in the pool house. Bike, water
sports and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Numerous
golf courses will also challenge any handicap. Some other favorite

the Civil War began. Explore the USS Yorktown at Patriots Point,
or tour the new Coooper River Bridge, one of South
Carolina's largest drive-through tourist attractions and North
America's longest cable stay span.
Cross the bridge into Downtown Charleston to see the historic homes
and gardens, shop at the famous open air market, antique shops,
museums, national and local boutiques and end the day with a
wonderful meal at one of Charleston's world-renowned restaurants.
