Three month minimum rental - condo rules.  No pets and no smoking.

Two bedrooms and two baths with large, south facing lanai with table
and chairs and lounges for morning coffee in the sun or afternoon
cocktails in the shade! Beautifully decorated with very comfortable
beds - king in first bedroom and twins in second bedroom. Both bedrooms with en-suite baths. Central air.  Second bedroom has balcony.
Washer and dryer in the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, all
sheets, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Just bring your
toothbrush and some groceries! All utilities, cable and high
speed wireless internet provided.
HD/TV in Living Room with CD player for movies or music. Large storage
area available for golf clubs, bikes, etc.
Covered parking for one car and adequate guest parking.

Delray Beach is one of the best places in Florida and voted one of Americas Best Towns. Great
restaurants and shopping, watersports, golfing, walking, shelling, etc..
