floor apartment with elevator and covered parking.    No streets between you and the 
beach!  Just a lovely yard with grass and sidewalk to the seawall with private beach access and shower.  Full 
time manager on site.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two bedrooms and two baths with large, south facing lanai with table 
and chairs and lounges for morning coffee in the sun or afternoon 
cocktails in the shade!  Beautifully decorated with very comfortable 
beds - king in first bedroom and twins in second bedroom. Both bedrooms with en-
suite baths.  Perfect for two couples. Patio off second bedroom. 

Washer and dryer in the apartment.  Fully equipped kitchen, all 
sheets, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas provided.  Just bring your 
toothbrush and some groceries!  All utilities, phone, cable and high 
speed internet provided.

TV in Living Room with CD player for movies or music.  Large storage 
area available for golf clubs, bikes, etc.

Covered parking for one car and adequate guest parking.   

Activities and Attractions

Delray Beach is one of the best places in Florida and voted one of Americas Best Towns.  Great 
restaurants and shopping, watersports, golfing, walking, shelling, etc..

Vacation Rental Rates

Three month minimum at $6500 per month in season.
Sorry, no short term rentals are available.
Will consider year round at negotiated rate.
