vacation rental description
The villa, built in 2005, is situated in a quiet no through road, meaning peace and relaxation after a busy day sightseeing It is extremely comfortable and well furnished with the fully screened pool area facing west which means you get the glorious Florida sun all day long. Sandy Ridge also has a communal children’s play area.
Our villa is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and over 1600 square feet of living space; all four bedrooms are a generous size. In addition, there is a queen-sized comfortable sofa sleeper and love seat along with 3 bathrooms, which are 2 en-suite. It will comfortably accommodate 8-10 people and is air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms.
The open plan living room has a vaulted ceiling with flat screen cable TV, blue ray DVD player,wi-fi and a PlayStation games console. There is a comfortable dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has large oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, large dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.
