If you’re lucky enough to be here for one of the Rocket launches  
from Cape Canaveral just stand on your balcony look north and you  
will see an amazing sight. If you’re really lucky and you would  
happen to be here for a Shuttle launch, walk down to the beach and  
you will experience the thrill of a lifetime.

is a well- maintained condominium complex with two elevators and a  
large Oceanside heated pool.  
 
Three minutes south, Cocoa Beach offers guests a wide range of  
exciting shops and restaurants and to the north, you are five minute  
away from the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon’s Surf Shop.  
Ten minutes farther north you arrive in Cape Canaveral where you can  
enjoy Full or Half Day Deep Sea Fishing Charters, Night Time Shark  
Fishing, and two Casino cruise lines leaving twice daily. You also  
have the opportunity to feast on some of the best seafood Florida  
has to offer at one of the port restaurants. Port Canaveral is also  
home to Disney, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Cruise Lines. 
 
If you’re looking to take in a movie or just some shopping, you’re  
just fifteen minutes from Merritt Island and the Merritt Square Mall.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit is completely furnished with the following amenities: Air  
conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, Range, Refrigerator equipped  
with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and  
all the dishes, silverware, glasses, and coffee mugs you will need.  
Phones, linens, beach towels, washcloths, and a full sized washer  
and dryer for your convenience. The Master bedroom has a King bed  
large dresser and mirror, large closet, private bath, cable, phone,  
and a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Second bedroom has a King  
bed, large dresser with mirror, phone, and large closet and an ocean  
view. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds with night stand, large dresser  
and large closet. 
This is a Non-smoking and no pets unit.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan 01- April 31..$200/night..1350/week..$3000/ month (with 4 day  
minimum)  
May 31-Sept 30..$225/night..$1500/week..$3000/month (with 4 day  
minimum) 
Oct 01-Dec 31..$175/night..$1300/week..$2800/month (with 4 day  
minimum) 
Must Be 25 Years or Older. $500.00 Reservation/Damage deposit-Holds  
Unit 
With Full Rent Due 30 days Prior to Arrival. Add 11% Florida bed Tax  
and $90.00 Cleaning Fee.  
Deposit will be Returned Within 30 days of departure.  
100% refunds of deposit If cancellation is Recieved Prior to 60 days  
of stay.  
After the 60 days, no refunds unless the unit can be re-rented for  
the contract amount.
