Sunset Terrace, our brand new 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath plus den/6th bed with  
day beds in the upscale gated community in Solana Resort is in the  
perfect location to enjoy all Orlando attractions and golf courses.   
This villa is larger than most 5 bedrooms with over 3000 sq. ft. of  
living space.  This villa has 4 Master Bedroom Suites, 1 Twin  
Ensuite and a Den/6th bed with 2 Twin Beds.  All Mattresses have been  
upgraded for your comfort. There are no sofa beds in this home. 2  
Master Bedrooms have King beds.  2 Master Bedrooms have Queen beds.   
5th bedroom has 2 Twins and the Den has 2 Twins. Each of the 5  
bedrooms has its own full bath for your convenience and privacy. 
 
We have tried to fill your every need from landscaping around pool  
for privacy to upgraded mattresses, to our extended decking with a  
40x10 ft. covered lanai.  Around the 15x30 ft heated pool and raised  
spa we have upgraded pool furniture for 12 people.  We have done all  
the decorating ourselves which also adds to the beauty and luxury of  
this home for your relaxation and comfort on your vacation.

Living Room and Formal Dining Room.  Formal Dining Room has seating  
for 8.  Living Room has large couch, love seat and chair. 
 
Kitchen, Nook and Family Room are all open as one big great room.   
Kitchen has full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and is fitted  
with all that you will need for a comfortable stay.  The nook has a  
large table with seating for 6 people. 
 
There is also a 1/2 bath and laundry room off the Family  
Room/Kitchen for your convenience.  The laundry room has a full  
sizewasher and dryer.  An iron and ironing board also. 
 
Walk straight through laundry room and that will lead you right into  
our game room.  The game room is there for you to enjoy on those  
lazy days when you are taking a break from all the parks and  
attractions so close to our vacation villa. 
 
The Pool area has for your enjoyment a 40x10 covered lanai with  
ceiling fans.  Extended decking by the 15x30 heated pool and raised  
spa for you have tons of room to move around with landscaping for  
privacy around pool. 
 
The patio furniture has been upgraded and plenty of seating for  
everyone.  There are:  2 tables, 4 loungers and 8 chairs 
 
You will just love our home with Cable in all Bedrooms, Den and  
Family Room.  Blow Dryers in all bathrooms.  Security Alarm System.  
Computer with Broadband internet. Ceiling fans in all 5 bedrooms and  
6th bedroom/den. Tons of upgrades for your comfort.

Activities and Attractions

Sunset Terrace is within walking distance to Solana Resort Clubhouse. 
Solana has a 4000 sq ft clubhouse including a cyber cafe, sundry  
shop, concierge, beautiful community pool along with interactive  
children's water play area as well as many other family fun  
activities. 
 
Golf courses are plentiful and just minutes away in either direction  
for the avid golfer who can play a different course everyday. 
 
Of course, Disney World is just minutes away if you want to come  
back and relax before dinner and go back to enjoy Disney World for  
the evening. 
 
Universal and Sea World are about 20 minutes away. 
 
Restaurants are within easy reach of Sunset Terrace at Solana Resort.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season   -    Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec        $1250 per week 
 
Mid Season   -    Mar, Apr, May, Sept,Oct   $1425 per week 
 
High Season  -    June, July, August        $1595 per week 
 
Holiday      -    X-Mas, New Years, Easter  $1750 per week 
                      Thanksgiving 
 
Pool Heat  -  $200 per week is recommended  
 
$250 per week Deposit is required to secure booking on first come first serve basis.   
 
$300 refundable Security Deposit is due with final payment.  
 
Balance of payment is due 60 days before arrival. 
 
12% Florida Sales Tax on all bookings.
