Vacation Rental Description

The Monkland Village Classic - tradition and taste. Spacious, inviting
upper duplex condo with gas fireplace, 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms.
Comfortable and welcoming ambiance.

Elegant upper duplex on a very quiet, tree-lined street, but close to
everything. Wide staircase.

Close to trendy and friendly Monkland Village - 5 minute walk. So many
restaurants (Louisiana, French, Ethiopian, plus). Lots of shopping,
boutiques, cafes, a bagel place (wonderful) and a great ice cream
place - Ben and Jerry's.

Close to public transportation (5 minute walk to Villa Maria metro).
Also close to 3 bus lines.

Beautifully decorated in soft tones. Ideal Montreal vacation rental
plus executive short term accommodation property.

Living room and separate dining room.

Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with eat-in area.

Also, the kitchen has an alcove with a couch which becomes a
wonderfully comfortable queen-size bed.

Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and one with 2 twin beds.

Bathroom with antique tub and also a stand-alone shower.

Two balconies. A large balcony off the living room with patio table
and seating for 6. A small balcony off the kitchen.

For 2-6.

No smoking. No pets.

Location: in NDG - Notre Dame de Grace, right by the area called the
Monkland Village. NDG - an older Montreal area, much of it dating from
the 1920's, with brick homes, high ceilings, lots of woodwork. Quiet
and yet with lots of shops, restaurants, boutiques.
