of cape cod bay directly from your deck. Besides your private deck
area there is also a common deck on the first floor with lounge
chairs and picnic table for everyones use. Enjoy the quiet peaceful
location of this beachfront property while being footsteps away from
lively Commercial Street. Directly outside our white picket fence is
an Ice Cream Shop, Coffee Shop, and a Box Lunch luncheonette.We are
located across from the new library in the center of town. There are
numerous shops,restaurants, and art galleries all within footsteps
of this complex. We are located at 353 Commercial Street directly on the water at the intersection of Center Street.

The Efficiency includes refrigerator,stove,microwave,blender,coffee
maker,dishes,pots,pans,silverware,toaster. The room is equipted with
a ceiling fan and a portable window fan. Linens,towels, and blankets
are included with a mid-week towel exchange provided.Flat screen TV with
dvd. WiFi available in the room. Bathroom has a stall shower. Parking is included. Sorry, no pets allowed. No Barbequing on property due to fire codes.

Swim directly in front of our complex or go 1 mile to Herring Cove
or Race Point Beach. Bicycle rentals two blocks away with bike paths
to the beaches. Whale Watching, Sport Fishing and Sailing are all
close by. Golf at Cape Cod's oldest golf Course (Highland Light)
along the ocean just 10 minutes away or take a Dune ride through the
National Seashore Dunes. Shopping, Art Galleries, and Museums.
People watching from Town Hall is a local favorite pastime. The town
sponsers themed weeks at different times of the year.
