flat house.  Nearest true Chicago ¨neighbourdhood¨ to Gold Coast,  
Michigan Avenue, and Downtown.   
Situated on quiet side street across from 19c. church, steps from  
populars bars, restaurants, and public transportation.  The house  
occupies the top two floors with large private roof top deck with  
magnificent views of Chicago skyline.  First level contains large  
kitchen, living room/dining room with powder room.  Lofted second  
level features master bedroom suite ( with included bathroom), second  
bedroom, second full bath, kitchenette, large sitting area, and  
private terrace

Vacation Rental Amenities

-Fully equiped with kitchen ( stove/oven, dishwaher, side by side  
fridge, microwave, etc).  -Living room has spleeper sofa, fireplace,  
built-ins with lot of books, children toys and games, tv/dvd  
player/cd/stereo, phone for local calls with internet hookup.   
-Enough towels and linens are provided for your stay.  Upstairs  
kitchenette has a small stove/oven/fridge/microwave/toester/coffe pot  
for breaksfast on the terrace.  Plenty of cabinets and drowers for  
clothes, full size washer and dryer, master bathroom with double  
sinks, a large walking shower, a bidet, and hairdryer.  Second  
bathroom has a full size top, hard wood floors and clay tiles.   
-Master bedroom feature king size bed and TV/VCR 
-Second bedroom has full size bed. 
-A gas grill is located on the roof top deck. 
-There is also a small backyard. 
-Fully decorated with all the acceories for your home away from home. 
-Full size crib is also available.

Activities and Attractions

Steps from neighbourhood park with pool, restaurants and bars.  The  
owners have a 1870s tavern one block away and they will be glad to  
buy you a drink.  
-Bus stop at the corner takes you directly to Michigan Avenue, Water  
Tower.  Five minutes by taxi to Lincoln Park, Downtown, museums,  
Navipier, Oak Street beach, and all tourist attractions.  They can  
easily be reach by public transportation as well. 
Blue and red line subway can be reached by bus or 5 minutes walk.

Vacation Rental Rates

October-April:   1-2 people: 120 $/night,  3-4 people: 190 $/night 
May-September:   1-2 people: 150 $/night,  3-4 people: 220 $/night 
-For parties larger than 4, add $20/person/night 
-15% discount for weekly bookings. 
-50% Holiday surcharge ( Dec. 24th-Jan.3rd, Nov.23rd-30th, April 2th-16th).
