The SAND DOLLAR is a central location to the Daytona Beach area, 
located in Daytona Beach Shores in the 3100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

The 9th floor unit is 2 bedroom, 2 bath and is DIRECT OCEANFRONT.

It has a fantastic view of the ocean from the large balcony off the 
master bedroom and the living room.

Beds are queen in the master and 2 twins in second bedroom.

3 TV's for your enjoyment.

Large kitchen fully equipped.

Washer and dryer inside unit.

All linens are furnished.

Vacation Rental Rates

           **INTERNET SPECIAL $799 PLUS TAX.**

Rates will vary from $850 to $1200 depending on season.

All prices include departure cleaning fee....Most others charge extra.

12 1/2% sales tax on all rentals less than 6 months.

All special events including Race Week, Bike Weeks, July 4th Races, 
Biketoberfest, and all holidays are at higher rates.

** INTERNET SPECIAL** price of $799 plus tax is good April 26 through 
May 31, then again August 16 through December 20, 2008 ONLY and 
excludes holidays and special events.

TO GET INTERNET SPECIAL PRICE everything must be done by e-mail only.

Check in time is 2PM (3PM in summer) on date of arrival.

Check out time is 10AM sharp on date of departure.

Personal checks are accepted for deposits and final payments.

Sorry, we don't accept any credit cards.

$200 deposit required to book unit.

Cancellations are accepted up to 45 days prior to arrival with a $50 
cancellation fee charged.  Balance returned to you

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Sorry, NO PETS are allowed.

This unit is classified as a resort condominium as defined in section 
509.242 FS and has obtained a group or collective license pursuant to 
section 509.251, FS prior to commencing operation.
