High-season rate is $265 per night and $1590 per week. High season
is Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The rest of the
year is $175 per night and $1050 per week. We also offer monthly
rentals for $2500 per month ($4500 during the high season). We
seasonally offer "Storm Watching Weekend" packages for $250 per
weekend, as well as Fall Foliage and Spring Weekend Specials for
$350 per weekend. The weekend specials allow for early check in and
late check out (3 full days and 2 nights). A cleaning fee ($55) and
1% sales tax apply to all
rentals.
