Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful oceanfront luxury townhouse.  Located directly on the 
beach in charming Neskowin Village on the spectacular Central Oregon 
coast.  Enjoy long walks along miles of beach, hike through the 
nearby lush forests or simply enjoy the scenery from the large 
deck.  Fully furnished and newly remodeled.  Nautical decor adds 
charm to this cozy, bright and airy home away from home.  Working 
fireplace, well supplied kitchen, laundry room, cable TV, DVD 
player, VCR, and stereo offer all you need for a worry free 
vacation.  Local market and excellent restaurant within walking 
distance.  Many popular local attractions within a short driving 
distance including the Newport Aquarium, Sea lion Caves, golf 
courses, casino, whale watching, fishing and much more.  Just 10 
miles from Lincoln City and 90 miles from Portland.      

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished, including linens, towels, kitchen supplies, Jenn-
aire cook top, etc.  Small library of DVDs, CDs, books, puzzles, and 
games.

Activities and Attractions

Beach activities, including surfing, walking, seal and whale 
watching, horse back riding, boating, fishing, etc.  Numerous local 
attractions including Depoe Bay, famous for its whale and storm 
watching, Newport Bay's Aquarium, kayaking, local sea lions, many 
restaurants and tourist sites and Lincoln City's unique shops, 
casino and Devil's Lake. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$125.00-265.00/night
$55.00/cleaning fee
$1050-1590.00/week

High-season rate is $265 per night and $1590 per week.  High season 
is Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.  The rest of the 
year is $175 per night and $1050 per week.  We also offer monthly 
rentals for $2500 per month ($4500 during the high season).  We 
seasonally offer "Storm Watching Weekend" packages for $250 per 
weekend, as well as Fall Foliage and Spring Weekend Specials for 
$350 per weekend.  The weekend specials allow for early check in and 
late check out (3 full days and 2 nights).  A cleaning fee ($55) and 
1% sales tax apply to all 
rentals.
