Vacation Rental Description

Located halfway between Malibu and Santa Barbara, have a fantastic  
time at this two-bedroom plus huge loft beach home is located near  
the end of a white sand, half-moon beach, backed by a high palm  
grove. The open home design allows for spectacular views of the bay,  
Topa Topa and Santa Monica Mountains, and the Channel Islands from  
the windows, three decks and porch.  
 
Just outside the front door is the beach, sun, swimming and  
snorkeling. Or, head to the marina for sailing, windsurfing, tennis  
and scuba diving, whale watching and island charters.  
 
This beach home has panoramic views from every room of the three  
levels. The third level is a loft with its own deck where you can  
read, gaze at the ocean or just relax. Enjoy the deck off the  
bedroom and living room and another one off the dining room with  
Royal Teak chairs and table with umbrella. There are also four  
lounge chairs for sunbathing on the two south-facing decks.   
 
This place is perfect for a walk on the beach to hunt for sand  
dollars, a swim in the ocean, golf or a bike ride. Drive to the  
historic Ventura to hunt for antiques and local crafts or take a  
boat trip to the Channel Islands—America’s Galapagos—and rent a  
kayak from the marina within walking distance.  
 
Three large decks where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunsets and  
watch the tide roll away—or enjoy an afternoon nap on a sunny  
window seat with great views. Central to downtown Ventura, Santa  
Barbara, the Santa Ynez Valley wineries, Ojai and Malibu, there is  
so much to do including golfing, shopping and beaches. Enjoy the  
many walking trails, kayaking, biking and the Channel Islands.
