ocean from both the living room and the master bedroom. This is a
gated property next to the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Guests have access to
two pools, tennis courts, and wonderful golf courses on and off the island.

Condo has ceiling fans in every room. Washer, Dryer, fully equipped
kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. There is a TV in both bedrooms with 200 cable channels and VCR. Living room has an HDTV, DVD and Stereo. There is a storage room next to the unit for storing beach items and includes a large beach umbrella and beach chairs. Master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.There is also a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two full bathrooms in the unit and a covered private balcony with a large table and six very comfortable rocking, swiveling sling chairs. The unit has free Wi-Fi and modem internet access.

Activities include horseback riding on the beach, kayaking, several national parks, golf, and the historic town of Ferandina Beach with it's wonderful
shops, restaurants, and marina. Deep sea fishing, ocean casino
cruises, Jacksonville is 30 miles and St. Augustine is 50 miles.
