built in 2001.  Colorfully furnished and decorated with a beautiful  
designer touch, this community offers stunning private gulf view  
balconies. All units are non-smoking. There is a king bed in master  
bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper  
in living room.  There are spectacular gulf views from the living  
room, dining room, and kitchen. Majestic Sun is only  
one mile from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and 3 miles from the new  
shopping area Destin Commons.
