Vacation Rental Description

New in April 2006, 1747 square foot, three bedroom, two bathroom 
condominium in a gated community. Everything from the furniture to 
the beds to the appliances to the linens in the condo is brand new, 
right down to the butter knife. 

For your convenience, we purchased premium bedding so that there will 
be no backaches in the morning; (2) inflatable mattresses so you can 
sleep up to 10; multiple sets of high thread count sheets for 
improved comfort; multiple sets of bathroom linens; and a multitude 
of kitchen appliances so that if your choose to, you can eat every 
meal in the condo.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, the second bedroom 
features a queen size bed, the third bedroom features twin beds and 
the living room features a sofa bed. With the two inflatable 
matressess, you can actually sleep up to 12 people and we have plenty 
of linens for that size group.

Oceanwalk is a gated community located just across the road (A1A, 
a.k.a. South Atlantic Avenue) from New Smyrna Beach. Our condo is in 
building #10 which means that the walk from your door to the white 
sands of New Smyrna Beach will take you less than five minutes. This 
beach has plenty of visitors, without facing the overcrowding of the 
downtown beaches and you never have to worry about or pay for 
parking! You can roller-blade, bike or walk without the safety 
concerns of the overcrowded, congested areas.

While the beach is a short walk from the condo, Oceanwalk now offers a
shuttle service that will pick you up at the condo and deliver you to
the public beach access. All you have to do is call the rental office
and schedule your pick up time.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The amenities you will enjoy are Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Large 
Screen TV in the living room with DVD and VCR player, TV's and DVD 
players in all bedrooms, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, 
Refrigerator with ice maker, Washer & Dryer in the unit, Whirlpool 
tub in master bedroom, a shared clubhouse with large swimming pool, 
hot tub and sauna; and charcoal grills.

On site activities include basketball courts, tennis courts and 
shuffleboard. Nearby activities include Hiking, Biking, Golf, 
Amusement Parks, Fishing, Shopping, Resturants, Swimming, Snorkeling,
