* Main Level *
Upper entry level opens to two spacious bedrooms, each with its own
bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, and an alcove with sofabed
perfect for small children. A few step below is the main level with
a large open kitchen, formal dining area, sumptuous living area, a
third bedroom suite, den, office, and large covered deck.
* Pool Level *
The main level opens to a short flight of stairs down to the
expansive pool level and three air-conditioned bedroom suites, each
with its own separate bath and sitting area. The entire pool level
can function as a living area separate from the main villa above.
* Pool Area *
The pool area features a 5,000 sq ft sun deck, pool, hot tub, gazebo
and a large alfresco dining area equipped with a professional gas
grill and sink.
*Gym/Spa/Sundeck Pavillion*
Fully equipped, newly completed Gym features Precor treadmill, recumbent bicycle, elliptical trainer, weight trainer and free weight, satelitte HDTV, Bose audio systems, and iPOD dock. Luxurious spa massage room completed with hydrotheraphy tub, rain shower, massage table, make-up area, manicure/pedicure station, satelitte HDTV, and BOSE iPOD dock. Breaktaking sundeck features oversized custom settee and daybed, ample space to seat 12.
