story buildings situated on 5 acres of landscaped grounds, Tennis
Courts, Heated Pool and Barbecue Grills. Conveniently
located to Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants and Entertainment.
Condo is a beautifully decorated first floor unit with living room,
dining room, fully equipped kitchen and enclosed patio.

First time Destin vistors

What a great area and clean condo, and GREAT owners, that made our stay wonderful. The condo was very well equiped with everything that we needed.
We arrived and were able to move in right away for our stay. This was our first time in this area and we plan on returning for a longer stay next year. Golfing was near by, along with shopping, and many nice restaurants.

Recommended for: age 55+

I don't know where to start, it was the first time for us to rent from an owner who was living in another state and without seeing the property first.
Wonderful experience, I would do it again ANY time. The apartment was very close to the beach (as described), it was clean and nicely, tasteful decorated, no moldy smell (like you would expect in a humid area).
Everything went so smoothly, we did not need any customer service from the owners.
It was better that it was described on the internet!
I will recommend it to my friends and we'll go back for sure!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
