room featuring a fireplace, big screen TV, VCR/DVD and stereo.
Dining room features seating for 6 with 3 comfortable high back bar
stools at adjacent kitchen island.
Kitchen comes complete with dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator,
stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, all utensils, etc!
Two of the bedrooms have new queen size mattresses, TV, DVD or VCR,
and ceiling fans. The third bedroom has two double beds and TV and
DVD player.
Watch the beautiful sunset from the large deck overlooking the cove
or the main channel. The deck is complete with a BBQ grill,  6 person patio table with chaise lounge. There are also 2
ceiling fans on the deck for those hot summer days!

The complex has 2 pools and a small sand beach for volleyball or

1 time cleaning fee of $75.00
Off-Peak Season Rates (October 1 - May 1)
$125.00/day or rent 5 nights get 6 night FREE
Security deposit of $225.00 required with signed rental
agreement.
Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
