This vacation getaway is conveniently located only 200 steps from East Beach, just minutes from 
popular local attractions, such as the Santa Barbara Zoo, the Santa Barbara Harbor, the Santa 
Barbara Mission, and State Street shopping and restaurants. As you walk through the entrance of 
this 
exclusive vacation retreat, the soft sounds of water from the outdoor fountain invite you to begin 
your vacation inside.  As you enter the front door, the hardwood floors and the warm furnishings 
make you feel at home. 
The inviting master bedroom has a king sized bed, a romantic fireplace, 
hardwood floors, beautiful furnishings and a private balcony with a “peek-a-boo” ocean view.   The 
master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower.  
The guest bedroom has a four poster queen bed, hardwood floors, 
elegant furnishings, and a private balcony with mountain views. The guest bath comes with a combo 
shower and bath tub.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove and opens to a private patio 
with 4 seating patio table and BBQ.
The living room and dining room are also painted in warm colors and furnished with elegant wood 
furniture.  The living room comes equipped with a 42” flat panel TV and a second fireplace.
This unit also includes a private laundry facility with washer and dryer and two car garage.
