Vacation Rental Description

This unit is rented thru July 1, 2008

$4,000 a month. Seasonal rates(December-April) 
(May-November) $3400 a month. This North East 
Corner Unit on the 15th floor, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium 
located in the South Tower of The Symphony Condominium and has the 
most Panoramic views in the building. With floor to ceiling windows 
the views of the City Skyline, Ocean, New River and much more.

The wrap-around balcony affords views of the mega yachts motoring by, 
the pool and the wonderful breeze that is always blowing. The unit is 
furnished with Italian Cherry Cabinets, Stainless Appliances, Black 
Midnight Granite.

The unit has tile in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms. Berber cotton 
field carpet throughout the rest. The master bath has both a large 
roman tub and walk-in shower. Upgraded decorative lighting, New LCD 
TV, ceiling fans, this unit is a terrific model. Completely furnished 
with brand new furniture down to the utensils, LCD TV.  There is one 
first floor parking space and valet is free, for an additional 
vehicle.

Residents at The Symphony enjoy the privacy of a two and a half acre 
gated enclave at 600 West Las Olas Boulevard.

The seventh floor deck provides the pool, barbeque, deck and pet walk 
area, spa, cabanas and pavilion as well as a fabulous water view. 
Every residence also comes with a temperature controlled wine locker 
located in the recreation area of the building.

Units at the Symphony can be leased for a minimum of 30 days. Rapid 
lease approvals, $100 application fee.

The location of the building is Downtown Fort Lauderdale, The 
Performing Arts center is right next door as well as the Imax/Science 
Science and Discovery Center. The Riverwalk is right out the front 
door with a three to four minute walk around to the City Riverfront 
with shops, movie theatres, restaurants.

The shops of East Las olas with all the Boutique Specialty Shops, 
restaurants, nightclubs and café's is but a few blocks away. Less you 
be concerned about the beach, you are a five minute drive by car, ten 
minute bicycle ride or you may opt to ride the Water Taxi that picks 
up next to our building or walk over half of a block to second street 
and ride the free Trolley.

Whatever you do The Symphony is great building full of friendly 
people (not snobbish like others) and it has terrific amenities with 
a private theater that seats up to 25 people in captain reclining 
chairs, to our privately staffed Span and Fitness Center.

Go ahead and order a massage up in your room, or manicure at the pool.
