Fabulous Beach Cottage, Walk Downtown:) in Chatham

Raw Bar is a three-season beach cottage of Cape Cod design. It
has wall-to-wall Berber carpeting, pine-panelled interiors,
cathedral ceilings, and skylights in the living/dining areas. The
living room has a large picture window with water views, ceiling
fan, and working fireplace. It has a dinette, freshly-painted
kitchen, remodeled bath with
shower, and three bedrooms.

Outside are water views, large deck with picnic table & Adirondack
chairs facing the water, Weber grill, side tables, and an enclosed
hot/cold shower.

Children are welcome, as it is an ideal place for them. Pets &
smoking are not permitted.

Please note: rentals run Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.

Raw Bar is beautifully furnished and charmingly decorated. The beach
cottage has high-speed Internet, cable TV, DVD & VCR, telephone, and
heat. There is a washer and dryer (new in 2009). The kitchen is well-stocked with lobster pots, pans, wine
glasses, platters, etc.

Its greatest amenity is its location--within walking distance to
three different beach experiences!

• South Beach
• Private beach across the street to which we have deeded rights

Downtown Chatham is one mile away. It's a pleasant walk, or a five-minute drive.

• Downtown art galleries, restaurants, shops.

• Outermost Harbor Marina (one block away), which offers seal tours & day trips to Monomoy Island (great for picnics, birding) and the far end of South Beach

Raw Bar is available from the first week of June until the last
week of September each year. Summer rentals (June-August) run
Saturday to Saturday.

June weeks, except for the last: $1900 per week

Last week of June and months of July & August: $2200 per week

September: $1800 per week

May & October weeks may also be available. Please inquire.
