vacation rental description
Raw Bar is a three-season Cape Cod beach cottage. It
has wall-to-wall Berber carpeting in the three bedrooms, tiled floors in the kitchen & living rooms, painted pine-panelled interiors,
cathedral ceilings, and skylights in the living room. The
living room also has a large picture window with water views, ceiling
fan, and fireplace. The kitchen is entirely new (remodeled early 2013)--cabinetry, appliances, countertops, everything! The bathroom also has a new shower.
Outside are water views, large deck with picnic table & Adirondack chairs facing the water, Weber grill, side tables, and an enclosed hot/cold shower.
Children are welcome, as it is an ideal place for them. Pets &
smoking are not permitted. There is parking for two cars.
Please note: rentals run Saturday to Saturday, with no exceptions. Note: When checking our availability calendar, it shows a week's rental as a Sat.-Fri. rental. This is a quirk of the reservation software.

Raw Bar is beautifully furnished! Think Pottery Barn, not Ocean State Job Lot. The beach cottage has high-speed Internet, cable TV, DVD & VCR, and is well-stocked with both books & movies, for children and adults (for the occasional rainy afternoon). There is a washer and dryer (new in 2009). The kitchen is well-stocked with lobster pots, pans, wine glasses, platters, etc., and offers water views for the cook!
Its greatest amenity is its location--within walking distance to downtown, three different beach experiences, and a marina!

Downtown Chatham is one mile away. It's a pleasant 20-minute walk through a historic Chatham neighborhood, or a five-minute drive (o.k., 10 minutes in the summer).

Raw Bar is available from by the week from June - August.
July and August rentals run Saturday to Saturday, with a one-week minimum.
June weeks, except for the last: $2000. per week
Last week of June: $2200.
July & August weeks: $2400. per week
Raw Bar is only available in the off-season to returning families. Please inquire.
