Ski In/Ski Out Home at Summit of Eagles Swoop/DSL & Hot Tub in Wintergreen

Come and stay at Eagle's Nest at the summit of Eagle's Swoop. We
recently completed an extensive deck on 3 sides of our home with ski
in/ski out access. We've eliminated the steps that are difficult to
manage with any ski equipment. We have views on both sides of our
home - mountains on one side and skiers on the other.
This is a wonderful family resort with a variety of year round
activities. The resort offers 2 championship golf courses, tennis
academy and a full service spa. Wintergreen also has a diversity of
organized activities for the kids at the Out of Bounds and the
Treehouse. Some of the activities Wintergreen offers include arts
and crafts, swimming, golf, tennis, and a skate park, climbing wall,
bungee-trampoline and paintball. Childcare is available during the
day and evenings.
Our home has a wood-burning fireplace that is perfect to warm up
your feet during those cold nights. There are 3 TV's, 3 VCR's, 2
DVD's, a Playstation 2, lap top computer and a stereo system with CD
player in our home. Internet access is available (AOL) with a user
account set up for your needs. Wintergreen also has many wireless
access points for those desiring faster connections with your own
PC. We have a beautifully remodeled kitchen with new stainless
steel appliances. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you
might need including most condiments. There is also a washer and
dryer that is available for your convenience. Our home has vaulted
ceilings throughout that open out to our expansive decks. We have
two master suites downstairs with king beds in each and a third
bedroom with twin beds in the loft. The loft is perfect for kids
with it's own TV/VCR,Playstation 2 and High Speed Internet
Computer. There are 2 full baths on the main level one of which has
been remodeled with marble tile and new fixtures. Our wrap around
decks have a stainless steel Jenaire gas grill and new 39 jet hot
tub for your enjoyment.

WINTER December 2 - March 28th - $375/night on Weekends &
$275/night on Weekdays.
SPRING March 28th - June 4th - $275/night on Weekends & $225/night
Weekdays.
SUMMER June 4th - October 17th - $325/night on Weekends &
$275/night
on Weekdays.
FALL October 17th - December 2nd- $275/night on Weekends &
$225/night on Weekdays.
Holidays - $400/night with a 3 night minimum.
Christmas - December 17 - January 2 - $450/night with a 3 night min.
All stays require a two night Minimum except Holidays which require
a 3 night Minimum.
Until confirmed, these rates are subject to change without notice.
You must be over the age of 24 to rent our home.
Rates are based on up to six person occupancy. Occupancy by more
than eight persons is not permitted. The additional charge of $15
per person per night will be added.
No Smoking.   No Pets.
Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Linens and towels are included in the above rates.
An advance security deposit of $200 and signed contract is required
to reserve our home.
