Vacation Rental Description

New For 2007 We Have Renovated Our Front Bath With All Ceramic Tile,  
Marble Flooring,All Kohler Fixtures,And a Custom Granite Vanity Sink  
Top. We Have Also Replaced Most Of The Windows.Located at 829 Saint  
James Pl. 2nd.Floor This apartment is located  
on a family Friendly North End "Beach Block" street. It is on  
the second floor with an open floor plan that is spacious and has  
plenty of natural light. It has that classic  
seashore feel. There is  
a large counter/bar that separates the tiled kitchen from the dining  
and living rooms. They are very comfortable with two ceiling fans.  
Behind the kitchen there is a master bedroom with a veranda and its  
own private entrance, also with a ceiling fan. Two of the bedrooms  
have queen-size beds and one bedroom has two single beds. All with  
large closets. Also provided is a large clean enclosed outside  
shower for showering after the beach or anytime.This unit is heated  
during the winter to maintain its freshness. As with all our units  
it  
is SUPER CLEAN with yearly maintance and upgrades.This property is  
about a block from a Lifeguard protected      WO R L D   
C L A S S  B E A C H that has a Lifeguard first aid station with  
Clean public restrooms, Popular restaurants that serve the best  
breakfast, lunch and Dinners, and, of course, the start of the  
boardwalk with a ramp for biking, running, walking, or just sitting  
and watching the views.Right at the beginning of Our street!  
   Our home is located in a Quieter, Well Maintained "North End"  
Island Neighborhood. There are Churches, shopping, delis, Ice Cream  
palours, and popular restaurants all within a few blocks of walking  
distance. There is something or nothing to do for everyone right  
outside the door!
