beautiful peninsula, yet close enough to Daytona Beach to enjoy the

condominium is also a short drive to the Orlando attractions and the
Kennedy Space Center. High rises are not permitted in Ponce Inlet,
and driving on the beach is not allowed, all adding to the town's
restful ambience. A number of wonderful restaurants are located in
Ponce Inlet, as is the famous Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and a new
Marine Sanctuary.  Gated community, with parking garage and roaming

Our condominium is loaded with extras. Three televisions, two
VCRs, a DVD player, full stereo system, high speed Internet access/Wi-Fi are
provided, as is a Nintendo 64 video game station. The unit is
complete with a full-size refrigerator, a new dishwasher, a new
stove/oven, full size washer and dryer, a microwave, coffeemaker,
toaster, all small appliances, etc., etc. All you need are your bathing suit and
toothbrush!

The building has a first-rate exercise facility with a sauna, as
well as a billiards room, tennis courts, three pools and three spas.

Orlando area attractions, the Kennedy Space Center and historic St.
Augustine are all about an hour and a half ride from the condo. In
addition, there are many golf courses in nearby Daytona Beach and
the surroundng areas, including the famous LPGA Headquarters and

Rates are generally $2,500 per month but may vary depending upon seasonality, length of stay and the number of people in your party.  In addition, there is a $125 cleaning fee and applicable taxes.  A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the condo for your use.

No smoking and no pets are allowed in the unit or the deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning/fumigation fees may be assessed.
