community just minutes from beautiful Barefoot and Vanderbilt 
Beaches and all shopping areas.  
Known for it's fabulous tennis, Sterling Oaks is a 
beautiful gated community with the best Olympic size pool in Naples.
All shopping and many excellent restaurants are right outside of the 
community.   
Two bedrooms w/ den.
Master bedroom has king size bed.
Second bedroom has two twin beds.
Pull-out couch in den.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Condominium is fully stocked with all appliances, linens, etc.
Microwave, toaster oven, blender, etc.
Large TV in den w/DVD and tape player and smaller TV w/DVD in master 
bedroom.
Stereo system.
Ceiling fans in bedrooms and dining area.
Lenai has lovely wicker table with cushioned chairs.
Washer/dryer.
Covered car port. 
Very, very clean. 

Activities and Attractions

Professional lighted tennis courts.  Lovely Club House with 
brunches, parties, etc.
Gym with exercise classes/including yoga. Sauna.
Olympic size swimming pool with poolside bar/lunches.

$2,800 per month for January, February and March
Pricing adjustment for consecutive months.
April through October - seasonal pricing.
