refrigerator; oven/range & microwave. Laundry room is off the
kitchen and has a washer & dryer. A beautiful in-ground pool in the
back yard with concrete decking and a privacy fence. The home has a
garage with a shower stall in the garage and also has a gas grill.
Pool is maintainence free!!! Living room has leather sofa; love
seat; tv; desk; tables; lamps; & chairs. There are 2 bathrooms (one
is the master bath)with all towels & linens.

Beach, pool, Race week; bike week; bicycling; fishing; movie theater;
fitness centers; shops; dinner cruises all within a few miles!!
