outside rental agent for the Beach Villas and 25 years in Hawaii,
manages this unit, offering peace of mind and superior customer
service during your stay.

Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located on lagoon two (Honu Lagoon)
within the beautiful Ko Olina resort, Oahu's premier  ocean front
resort community. Guests can experience a wealth of amenities at the
Ko Olina Resort and Marina from championship golf to lavish spa
treatments at the Ihilani Spa – all within walking distance. The
lagoon, protected by a coral ridge, is a swimming and snorkeling
paradise no matter what  the surf outside.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities that are unique to this villa: 

* Located closest to the ocean, in the leading edge of the fourth
floor of the Ocean Tower.  Uninterrupted sea views to the right of the
Lanai and golf course views to the left.  The Lanai is situated toward
a large grass field, offering greater privacy in comparison to other
villas.
* Furnishings are high end, intermingled with imported, carefully
sourced antique pieces creating a 
modern-Asian feel.
* The lounge's entertainment system features a 46” Sony flat-screen
TV, on-demand HD cable, Bluray 
DVD player and a Yamaha YSP-4000 digital sound projector (5-channel
surround), with iPod dock.  
* Bedrooms feature Sealy Riviera Isles Ultra Plush Euro mattresses,
1000 thread-count Egyptian 
linens, all trimmed with Thai silk.
* Unique to the master bedroom is a four poster, Italian designed bed,

* Guest bedroom features two twin beds which we may alternatively be
configured as a single bed.  Egyptian linen provided for both
configurations.
* The lounge sleeper sofa provides an additional Queen size bed and
utilizes a modern, air-coil 
mattress technology.
* High quality toiletries in the bathroom and Egyptian cotton toweling.
* Fully equipped kitchen for your party and additional guests.  High
quality crockery and glassware  from The Cellar, OXO and Cuisineart. 
BBQ set and picnic basket provided.
* Dining room and Lanai are furnished with seating for six for dining
in or out.
* Included in the rate is wired and wifi internet access, parking and
telephone (free local and USA mainland calls). 
* Daily or mid-week cleaning is available upon request.

Ko Olina Resort and Marina operates a 24x7 manned security post for
your piece of mind.  Beach Villas  additionally provide 24x7, on-site
security and card control access at
gates and doors including the  beach front.

Located at the front of the Ocean Tower building the Villa features
full an ocean view to the right 
of the Lanai with a golf course view to the left.  Directly in front
of the Lanai is an empty parcel 
of land.  

Please note that until June construction workers vehicles will be
parked on an allotted section of the empty land.  Operation is within
reasonable hours only.

On the leading edge of this building, your view to the ocean will be
uninterrupted.  The adjoining 
land offers you a level of privacy beyond that of other Villas.

* Parking, high speed Internet, cable TV, telephone (includes
unlimited local and mainland USA calls)
* Departure cleaning is a separate charge of $300. Mid-week or daily
cleaning is not included in the rate, but can be arranged for an
additional charge directly with on-site concierge.
* Rates are subject to 11.962% tax (Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.712%)
and Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (7.25%)
* $500.00 refundable security deposit and credit card number (for security
purposes) and photo ID are required upon signing rental agreement. 
	Payment is due in full 60 days prior to check-in.
	Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover credit/debit only. 
	2% rate discount for payments made via money order, cashier's check
and wire transfers. 

* Cancellations or changes received in writing after 12:00 PM
(Hawaiian Standard Time) as outlined 
below are subject to the following penalties
	31 to 59 days prior to check-in date: $100.00 charge
	30 to 15 days prior to check-in date: One night's rate plus tax charge
	14 days or less prior to check-in date: 50% cost of stay penalty
	No show: 100% cost of stay penalty
	No refunds for early checkouts.

* No pets and no smoking please. At least one guest must be 21 years
or older to make reservations.
* Check-in 3PM, Check-out 11AM.
* Fees Tax Rate: 11.962% Cleaning: $300
