Vacation Rental Description

Relax in this beautiful fifth floor beach front Condo and enjoy the
fantastic gulf views from the screened lanai with the beach just steps
away!! It’s not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the
gulf from the lanai. Crescent Beach is famous for its crescent shape
with soft white sand. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is soft,
floury and cool to the touch even in the hottest sun.

Leave your car parked in the shade under covered parking and enjoy sun
drenched days and star filled nights. Spend a leisurely day on a
lounge chair at the beach or by the pool. Stroll along the white
powdery sand beach to the villages of Siesta Key and enjoy the shops,
cafes and wonderful restaurants. If you want to leave the Key, you
will find many golf courses, theaters, museums, galleries and
restaurants in Sarasota to enjoy. And don’t miss the breathtaking
sunsets.

This two-bedroom condo is luxuriously furnished with all the necessary
amenities. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has
two twin beds and a sleeper sofa is in the Living Room. The dining
room has a table with 6 chairs and a snack bar. Included are two
remote control TVs, 2 DVD's, stereo, air-conditioning, telephone, an
answering machine, with fans in the bedrooms, all linens, and bath and
beach towels. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home, everything
from corkscrew to blender. A laundry room is located just a few steps
away near the elevator. The heated pool is close by.

Sep 27 - Dec 20, 2008 $995.00/week (1 Week Minimum).
Dec 20/08 - Jan 3/09 $1,750.00/week(1 Week Minimum).
Jan 3 - Jan 31, 2009  $1,550.00/week(1 Week Minimum).
Jan 31 - Apr 25, 2009 $1,875.00/week (1 Week Minimum) Sat to Sat only.
Apr 25 -Aug 29, 2009 $1,450.00/week (1 Week Minimum) Sat to Sat only.
Aug 29 -Dec 19, 2009 $995.00/week (1 Week Minimum).
Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. Max 6.
Charge of $75.00/week for each additional person.
1 Week minimum. 
11% Florida Tax & $400 Security Deposit required.
 
Payment is accepted in the form of US Travelers' Checks, Cashiers 
Check, Money Order or Cash.  No Personal checks are accepted unless 
written on a US Bank, and received four weeks prior to arrival.
Sorry we do not accept Credit Cards.

Cancellations:  Deposit is forfeited if cancellation occurs. However, 
should you have to cancel your reservation, the deposit can be applied 
to another rental in the course of the year, subject to availability.
