Vacation Rental Description

  Our beachfront villa is very special! It has two separate, spacious 
units, one upstairs with 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 4 twins) and 2 baths, 
and one downstairs, with 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 4 twins) and 3 
bathrooms.  They can be rented separately, or you can rent both and 
have 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
  Just open the garden gate and you will be on a beautiful, quiet, 
Caribbean, swimming beach with warm, calm waters.  The living 
room,with cable TV, VCR, and CD player, opens to a covered patio.  We 
dine on the patio facing west - the Caribbean - and watch the 
fabulous sunsets.  Each of the bedrooms is furnished with an air 
conditioning unit.  There are ceiling fans throughout.  The kitchen 
is fully equipped including coffee maker, blender, toaster, and 
microwave oven.  For your outdoor enjoyment, beach chairs, beach 
towels, and a barbecue are furnished... The house is in a friendly, 
local community.  A car is not a necessity, it is an easy walk to 
shopping.  Our manager greets you at the door and provides 
individualized professional service so that you are assured a 
successful vacation.  
This is a GREAT house for a secluded getaway or a Family get 
together.  Come and Enjoy!

The charm of Rincon is that it is NOT a big tourist center, but if 
you want, you can find Casinos just 25 minutes away

Vacation Rental Rates

Sept 1 - Nov 16     $1225 per week (up to 6 guests)
                      $20 per night for each additional person
                     $600 per weekend - 3 nights
                     $200 each additional day
Nov 17 - April 25   $1675 per week up to 6 guests)
                      $20 per night for each addition person
April 26 - Sept 1   $1525 per week
                      $20 per night for each additional person
