RINCON - Beachfront Home with 3 or 6 bedrooms in Puerto Rico

Our Beachfront House is very special! It has two separate, spacious, independent units, one upstairs with 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 4 twins) and 2 full bathrooms,
and one downstairs, with 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 4 twins) and 3 full bathrooms.
They can be rented separately, or you can rent both and have 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Just open the garden gate and you will be on a beautiful, quiet,
Caribbean, swimming beach with warm, calm waters.
The living room, with Satellite TV, DVD, and CD player, opens to a covered patio. We dine on the patio facing west - the Caribbean - and watch the fabulous sunsets.
Each of the bedrooms is furnished with an air conditioner. There are ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped including Full Fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, blender,toaster, and microwave oven. We have all the necessary cooking equipment, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, utensils, etc.

For your outdoor enjoyment, beach chairs, beach towels, and a barbecue are furnished...
The house is in a friendly, local community.
A car is not a necessity but highly recommended so that you can see the town other beaches, the many restaurants and the many sights in the area. It is an easy walk to shopping and some restaurants.

Our manager is nearby and provides individualized professional service
so that you are assured a successful vacation.
This is a GREAT house for a secluded getaway or a Family get together.
Our other house, Casa Serena, with 2 units of 2 bedrooms each, is next door in case you want to have a big group and want more space.

you want, you can find Casinos just 25 minutes away

$20 per night for each additional person
$375 for each additional day if available

April 27 - Sept 3   $1725 per week for up to 6 people
$20 per night for each additional person
$285 each additional day, $300 for weekend nights

Sept 3 - Nov 22   $1525 per week for up to 6 people
$20 per night for each additional person
$265 each additional day, $280 for weekend nights
