Vacation Rental Description

A beautiful shaded retreat in a quiet South Venice community. This  
community offer’s a beautiful private beach, accessible only to  
residents by private ferry. Shamrock park is just up the street, and  
offers canoeing, tennis, basketball, nature trails and more. But  
there are many public beaches and state parks, all just minutes away  
why not try them all.  
 
Downtown Venice with it shops, history,  
and fabulous eateries is just around the corner. Everything you need  
or want, from shopping and dinning to fishing, golf and other out  
door activities are barely a stones throw away from this prime  
location.   
 
Lets talk about Fishing and Golf for a minute. Did you know that one  
of the best fishing hot spots in the nation is just a few minutes  
away? The Charlotte Harbor area is know as one of the countries  
greatest fisheries for record sized Redfish, Snook and Tarpon.  
Anglers from all over the world come to this area to experience. If  
Golf is your game than there are hundreds of courses to sample in  
Southwest Florida(you know we are considered the Golf Capitol of the  
world)  
 
Beneath the shady Oaks of the comfortable home you will find, cozy  
accommodations sleeping up to 10 guests. With A king sized bed in the 
Master bedroom(upstairs), and 2 queens in the additional 2 rooms 
(downstairs). A sleeper sofa in the den/family room, and a double  
height self inflating air mattress make up the additional sleeping  
accommodations. A fully equipped Kitchen with a dishwasher, Cable  
television, High-speed internet, and phone services are included.  
 
Out side is a nature lovers dream. Located in a bird sanctuary, with  
Huge shady Oak Trees, full of squirrels, and birds of all shapes and  
sizes. You may even find a box turtle or a gopher tortoise or see a  
raccoon or 2 as they also inhabit the area.

Fishing:   The Forked Creek area is highlighted by "Top Spot"    
fishing charts as a hot fishing spot. And Boca Grande and Charlotte  
Harbor are a short ride away. 
 
Bird watching:    Located in a Bird Sanctuary many birds and  
waterfowl can be seen daily.  
 
There are many other things to do: lots of shopping near by, Dinning  
you have your choice of many national eateries as well as a variety  
of local favorites, There are several state parks within minutes,  
golf at your choice of a number of great local courses, oh and don't  
forget that favorite evening activity.... The incredible sunsets  
over the golf of mexico...

Damage waiver of $25 includes up to 4 guests for up to 1 month stay. 
 
 
      How To Book Your Stay  
 
It’s Easy, You may pay by credit card, PayPal, Check, Money Order,  
Travelers Checks, or Wire. Email or call us and we will invoice you 
(by email is the preferred method). From this email invoice you may  
select your form of payment, credit card payments will be processed  
through PayPal. The minimum amount due to hold or book  is $500.00  
but this will depend on the how far in advance you are booking 
(see “Deposits & Reservations” below). 
 
 
    Cleaning Rates: 
 
Per stay no pets:……………………..$120.00 
 
Per Stay with pets……………………$155.00 
	* In addition, long term rentals with pets are subject to    
an additional cleaning fee of $75.00 per month. No cats please.. 
 
	** Cleaning services performed only at the end of each stay 
 
Weekly or Monthly cleanings during stay available for an additional  
cost. 
 
    Deposit & Reservations 
 
Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 due upon booking on all  
stays. Reservation Fee of 50% due within 30 days, Balance due 60  
days prior to arrival. 
 
    Cancellations & Refunds 
 
Cancellations are subject to 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations  
made 60 days or less, from the date of arrival refunds will be  
subject to the ability to rebook that slot.
