Ocean Village is a gated resort community on the Ocean with 24 hour security 3,000 feet of Ocean beach, Par 3 Nine Hole Golf Course, 10 Tennis Courts, Pro Shop, Exercise Room, Clubhouse, NEW Poolside Tiki Bar, Heated Swimming Pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Excerise room, 2 Bocce Ball Courts, 1 Shuffleboard Court, Racquetball Room, and Basketball Court.

Ocean Village is located on Hutchinson Island, which is bordered by
The Indian River and Atlantic Ocean. Situated just off I-95 along
Florida's coast.

This is a spacious 600 sq. ft. (not including screened patio), 2nd
floor Condo, beautifuly renovated. Sixteen ft vaulted ceilings, 1
Bed 1 Bath, all new kitchen cabinets, and hard wood floors
throughout. This condo is gorgeously decorated with all new
furniture. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed with luxurious cotton
sheets, 1 dresser, 2 nightstands with lamps, dressing area with
built-in desk, 2 closets and TV/DVD. Kitchen has all new appliances,
plenty of storage, bar area with 2 bar stools, and a foldaway dining
room table with 4 chairs. There is a washer and dryer hidden in the
hall closet. Living room has a leather full size sleeper sofa, end
tables, comfy chair, ottoman and armoire with a large flatscreen TV
and DVD player. Off the living room there are large sliding glass
doors that open to a screened in porch w/table and 4 chairs
overlooking the 6th green.

Activities and Attractions
The village has every amenity you could possibly want at a price
you'd find hard to match. The golf is free off season, and in season
$3 fee and tee time needed. There is an Olympic Size heated pool
w/Jacuzzi, kiddy-pool, and full service tiki bar, sauna,
additionally there are 2 other heated pools for your enjoyment. 10
Tennis Courts, both Tennis and Golf pro shops are available for
private or group lessons. Tennis and golf round robin tournaments
are held throughout the winter months.

Excerise room, 2 Bocce Ball Courts, 1 Shuffleboard Court,
Racquetball Room and a Basketball Court.

Also, an Oceanfront 4 star restaurant and piano bar.

Disney World is approximately 2 hours away.
The Kennedy Space Center is 1-1/2 hr hours north and is well worth
the drive. Baseball: If you're a baseball enthusiast, Ocean
Village is only a 1/2 hr away from the LA Dodgers (Vero Beach) and
and NY Mets’ (St. Lucie West) Spring Training Camps.
Golf: Outside the Village with a half hour drive, there are 20
championship public golf courses.
Fishing: The Fort Pierce South Jetty, minutes away, boasts the
best fishing in Florida. You can also catch Bluefish, Pompano and
other species right on our beach in the winter months. Charter
Services and boat rentals are available at the marinas.
Shopping: 3 Major shopping Malls (within 30 minutes driving)
The Treasure Coast Square - Route 1 in Jenson Beach
The Indian River Mall - Route 60 in Vero Beach
The Prime Outlet Mall - Vero Beach exit off 95 and Route 60
Discovery and Education: Ocean Village is surrounded by many
preserve beaches and areas that will allow you to view Florida and
its wildlife totally untouched by man. If you drive south on A1A
you will find the whole area dotted with preserved beaches and
amazing nature trails on the Indian River that are free and open to
the public.
The Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, UDT Navy Seal Museum and
the Manatee Observation Areas (all minutes away from Ocean Village.
Bathtub Beach/Reef - 23 minutes south - great snorkeling/swimming
for the children.
Horseback riding on the beach - Frederick Douglas Memorial Park (3-
4 miles south of Ocean Village) 1st, 2nd, and 4th Sunday of each
month aprox. $30.
Alligator watching and feeding aprox. 30 mins north toward Vero
Beach. Make reservations and go out on the powerboat with a guide.

Restaurants: within 5-10 mins.

Kristi's on the Ocean - Elegant, gourmet food, happy hour dancing.
Archie's - Just a little north on A1A outside or inside very casual.
Hurricanes - just a little north or A1A by the jetty eat in or call
ahead and take it home.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant - More casual - Downtown at the Marina. 2
bars, everything to eat. Great Happy hour. Great view, surrounded
3 sides by water, boats and music.
Mangrove Mattie’s Great view of the Indian River Great Happy Hour.
All kinds of entrees for lunch or dinner.
Chuck’s Fried Shrimp is their specialty. Just before the S. beach
Causeway.
Goodfellows Pizza - Great Italian Food. Dine in or have delivered.
Captain Galleys - Great for Breakfast or Lunch on the causeway

Grocery Stores: one smaller store on the causeway called Seaway
Market, and just off the bridge is Publix.

Downtown Fort Pierce (near the Tiki bar on the square every Saturday
mornings there is an open market. Fresh fruits and vegetables,
coffee,baked goods, and all kinds of things. Buy a cup of coffee
and enjoy the walk or view.
Don't forget the 1st Friday of every month there is a festival
downtown featuring music food and vendors and lots of fun.
