Vacation Rental Description

This is a studio located right on the beach! Wake up to the most 
magnificent sunrise seen from your window. Take a morning jog or 
stroll down the beach.
Spend your day at the beach and in the afternoon, you can watch the 
cruise ships depart through your windows! Perfect setting to relax 
by 
the pool or in the warm ocean waters. enjoy your days shopping on 
Linclon road or the rest of South Beach.
...At night, you cannot beat the nightlife that South Beach offers. 
Lincoln Road has stores opened until late at night (Gap, Pottery 
Barn, William and Sonoma, etc.), every style of restaurants 
imaginable and night clubs within walking distance. Walk and 
experience a lifestyle not found anywhere else!
It is a studio with a King size bed and a sofa bed. You can sleep 4 
adults. Full kitchen complete with appliances and cooking utencils. 
Cable TV/VCR, Stereo, Dry cleaners on the premises. Located in the 
building you have: grocery store, Walgreens (opened 24 hours), 
washer/dryer (in the same floor), 24 hour security and concierge 
service

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Complete fitness center 
with view to the pool. Located right on the ocean at the end of 
Lincoln Road where you find stores, restaurants, clubs and other 
activities. Valet parking. You are so close to everything, that you 
really do not need a car. You can check for emails or send faxes on 
the premises. 

Activities and Attractions

Biking, rollerblading, golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, live 
theater, cinemas, museums, swimming, snorkeling and diving, boating, 
sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, parasailing, kite surfing and 
jetskiing are available.

Vacation Rental Rates

December-March $2300/month 
April-November $1750/month 

Please add 7%tax to all rates.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

50% deposit required plus a $300 security deposit and a $50 
application fee.
