This Cocoa Beach condo is less than 45 minutes from Orlando
International Airport.
Cocoa Beach is just six miles long and mostly less than a mile wide
and is truly unique. Our complex is very clean and well maintained
and is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Our
townhouse
unit is just a short walk to the swimming pool, sauna, tennis
courts,
workout room and ocean, which you can view from the second story
balcony.
There are no streets to cross for ocean access and it is very
private.

Completely furnished condo. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably. There are 2
living rooms and a dining nook. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 2
twin beds. There is a futon in the smaller living room. There are 2
full baths, one for each bedroom plus a half bath on the main floor.
The kitchen is fully furnished. There is a washer and dryer. All
linens are included, even beach towels. We have cable on all 4
televisions, along with a VCR/DVD player in the main livingroom and a cd player and dvd player in the smaller living room.
There is a patio and a balcony, both with furniture. There is an outdoor electric grill, boogie boards,  beach chairs, umbrella's and beach toys in the storage room of the patio. The pool is heated from (Nov.-May). There is also a sauna, work out room and tennis courts. It is an oceanfront complex with private beach/ocean access.

One hour or less to Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.
Watch the dolphins and manatees in the surf. Go to the world famous
Cocoa Beach Pier for fine or casual dining, ice cream shop, open air
bars, live music, beach shops, beach volleyball, swimming,
sunbathing,
fishing, or surfing. World famous Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach
Surf Company are less than a mile away. You can learn to surf, play
golf, snorkel, scuba dive, jet ski,
parasail, canoe, and fish just to name a few of the multitude of
activities for ages 8-80. Watch the boats and cruise ships at Port Canaveral and visit Kennedy Space Center. Like to gamble? The Victory Casino Cruise Ship operates 7 days a week, 2 cruises daily, except Sunday, from Port Canaveral which is only minutes away.

High Season ( Dec.-Apr.,June,July,Aug.)$875.00 per week, $2450.00 per month plus 6% Florida State sales tax.

Low Season ( May, Sept.-Nov.)$700.00 per week, $1850.00 per month plus 6% Florida State sales tax.
