Welcome to Tranquility at Bayside. We are in a Toll Brothers Resort
Waterfront Community that is located on the Indian River Bay just
two minutes from the Ocean beaches. This 2005 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath
two-story villa features a large kitchen with center island and
breakfast area with open views to the family room. It sleeps up to
8, comfortably. The living room is complete with a gas fireplace and
sliding doors to an outdoor deck overlooking a gazebo. Also,
upgraded carpet and hardwood throughout. The spacious master suite
includes a well-appointed master bath including jacuzzi tub and a
private terrace. A 2-car garage is also included. The outdoor pool
and Clubhouse have beautiful views of the Bay. Check out the picture

sunset over the Bay. With just a two minute drive to the beach,
this is a place that you won't want to miss!
