the Regal Palms Resort and Spa at the Highland Reserve Golf Club.

Our "Disney Delight" Townhome is the largest end unit townhome
offered at the exclusive 4 star Regal Palms Resort and Spa. The
Bermuda Unit provides 1,670 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms (incl.
2 master suites), 3 1/2 baths, a balcony, covered porch and deck.
Our townhouse has many upgrades to provide you with all the comforts
of home, including a 32" Cable TV, DVD/VCR players, and cable tv's
in both master suites. Our "Disney Delight" can accommodate up to
10 guests.

The Regal Palms Resort is a walled and gated community with around-
the-clock security and check-in facilities. The gated community is
strictly controlled by electronic key access and the resort is NOT
open to the public. All guests at Regal Palms will have unlimited
access to the new private club and leisure facilities.

Regal Palms offers a 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with 2 heated
pools, lazy river, waterfall, waterslide, jacuzzi, a central island,
extensive sun decks, a pool side Tiki Bar, floodlit tennis courts,
beach volleyball, and a kids play area.

The club house features an affordable restaurant, bar, business
center with internet facilities, game room and a variety of guest
services including 24 hour check-in, maintenance and customer care
center.

One clubhouse wing will house a conference center with facilities
for up to 200 delegates. The second clubhouse wing will house a
gymnasium, spa, and health and beauty complex.

Townhouse:
A spacious two-story 4 bedroom Townhome with 3 1/2 baths offers a
fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. All bed
linens and towels are provided. The King size master suite offers a
roman tub, in room safe, and a private entrance to an upper level
balcony. The queen size master suite is located on the first floor
and has a covered private entrance as well as a hallway entrance to
the rest of the townhouse. The remaining 2 bedrooms each have 2
twin size beds.

A Publix supermarket, liquor, dollar store and restaurants are
within 1/2 block.
Brand new Walmart is 3 miles north on Rt 27..
Route 192 is 2 miles north on rt 27, which leads you to all the
glitz, restaurants, shops, and attractions.
